kream motor recruitment is an independent motor trade-specific recruitment agency based in Exeter and specialising in permanent jobs, predominantly within franchised car and commercial dealerships. The business is run by John Beevers who, with 35 years in the motor trade, has a vast knowledge and understanding of the industry, the people who work in it and the jobs they do. He has owned and run dealerships, worked for a manufacturer and initially worked his way up from Trainee Sales Executive to Dealer Principal.  

We handle vacancies at all levels from senior management to the workshop floor in all departments - Sales, Service, Warranty, Parts, Accounts and Body Shop. At any time we have a considerable database of candidates, sorted by area and discipline, ready and waiting for suitable opportunities.

Wherever possible we pre-interview all candidates prior to promoting them for one of our vacancies. By doing this not only can we do a better job for the candidate, but also ensure their suitability for the role. To us, quality is paramount and we will not promote someone that we do not think suitable.
