Following the local success of kream motor recruitment as an automotive recruitment
job provider in North Yorkshire, kream franchises ltd was launched with the objective
of replicating one successful automotive business model multiple times throughout
the UK. Our goal is to build, develop and grow a network of franchised recruitment
consultants who have the same levels of professionalism as the original kream
motor recruitment and maintain the organisation’s ethos; that is to understand
its clients' requirements and the ambitions of its candidates.
The business was launched towards the end of 2005 to a very enthusiastic reception
and immediately generated a great deal of interest from both the motor and recruitment
industries as well as potential franchisees. Now underway, we are selecting, appointing
and training franchisees throughout the UK with a goal of establishing 22 franchises
over the next few years.
Our target client audience is primarily the 6600 franchised motor dealers trading
throughout the UK. We provide our target audience with high quality, ambitious
candidates who are looking for personal professional development. We achieve this
by understanding our clients and their requirements along with our candidates'
career aspirations and desires for the future.
